Abstract

The concept of “age” has always been studied in line with a human being, notwithstanding the fact that this feature is typical of any creature in the planet. The subject of the study is the semantic field “age” in Armenian and English languages. The characteristics of the semantic field are being discussed in the article. Particular attention is paid to the types of the semantic relations, since the units of the semantic field are connected by systemic semantic relations.
