The study examines scientific approaches presented in theoretical literature regarding the relationship between state power and local self-government within the public power system. Based on the conducted legal research, the essence and content of the term "public power" are revealed in the context of contemporary legal perception, as well as the relationship between state power and local self-government in the public power system.
The article discusses issues that have been reflected to varying degrees in the works of various authors; however, it also addresses topics that have not previously been the subject of separate, comprehensive scientific discussion and legal research.
Based on the legal analysis, the article comprehensively reveals the theoretical aspects of the relationship between state power and local self-government in the public power system.
The findings of this research contribute to a deeper understanding of the conceptual foundations of public power and clarify the doctrinal approaches to the interaction between state authority and local self-government. They also create a basis for further scientific discussion and potential improvement of legislative regulation in this field.
