Abstract

The article discusses the modern trends of information civilization and the deep reestablishment of quantitative information flow. The analysis is based on the theoretical and practical conclusions made by prominent researchers of the field. It is worth to mention that those conclusions are somewhat biasd and as a matter of fact the article attempts to solve that issue as well.
