Protecting and ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of a child is one of the most important State legal issues.
The protection of their rights has always been and remains the focus of the international community's attention.
At all times and in society, children have always been the most unprotected and vulnerable class of society, and the future of our society depends on how well children's rights are protected.
The protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the child presupposes such a flexible system of legal mechanisms that will be able to regulate the sphere of legal relations determined by the characteristics of the child in different age groups.
The above means that the problem, first of all, should be considered in the aspect of the psychophysiological characteristics of the child and the relationships caused by them, where, of course, preference should be given to legislative solutions based on the best interests of the child.
