The article examines the nuances of strategic marketing and justifies the possibilities of its application in the agri-food system. By studying the issues created in marketing and considering the developed trends, corresponding recommendations are presented in the form of marketing models. Taking international practice into account and based on the demands of the modern market, great importance is given to the strategic application of the RevOps model in agri-processing and the continuous implementation of retail audits. The work also addresses the importance of brands in the B2C segment and the key influence of branding on the target audience in the consumer market. From a marketing perspective, a special proposal is made to position and present agri-food products made with natural technologies in the market as an alternative product alongside those classified as organic or artificially enhanced. By studying marketing practices, the current mechanisms of briefing organization in strategic marketing and ways
to enhance marketing consulting are presented.
